Luckily, our friend Vegan Joe, aka Joe Gerard and the admin of Vegan City Asheville, has been keeping an incredible running list for the community. Joe is an all-around amazing vegan, an original founding member of the Asheville Vegan Society, the champion behind Asheville’s Vegan Food and Clothing Drive, and one of the behind-the-scenes forces behind VeganAVL.com.
